Safeguarding Policy

Sunflowers Children’s Action Group takes its responsibility to promote safeguarding within our organization, and with the families that we work with, seriously. We aim to safeguard adults and children by:

Ensuring our trustees/registered volunteers are carefully selected and trained to ensure their awareness of safeguarding issues relating to adults and children, and who to report any concerns or incidents to.

Parents are responsible for the safeguarding of their children at Sunflowers events. Where there is cause for the concern or welfare of any child, or adult, appropriate action will be taken.

We operate a robust Safeguarding policy, which is available on request by emailing: hello@sunflowers.org.uk

If any member of the public has any concerns, we would invite them to contact us via email or by calling 07597 988809.
